2024 Triennial reassessment notices were mailed to Rogers Park Township homeowners on Monday, March 18, 2024. The following cities, towns, and villages are in Rogers Park Township:

  • East Rogers Park
  • West Rogers Park

Homeowners in Rogers Park Township have 30 days to appeal their assessment at the Assessor’s office (there will be a second opportunity to appeal later in the year at the Board of Review, whether you appeal at the Assessor’s office or not). The deadline for appealing at the Assessor’s office is April 17th.

2024 property assessment notices were mailed by the Cook County Assessor’s office on Tuesday, March 05, 2024, to Norwood Park Township property owners. The window to appeal your 2024 assessed value is now open until the deadline of April 05, 2024.

2024 property assessment notices were mailed by the Cook County Assessor’s office on Friday, March 01st,  2024, to River Forest & Riverside Township property owners. The window to appeal your 2024 assessed value is now open until the deadline of April 01st, 2024.

We recommend property owners review their assessments annually and appeal whenever there is a strong evidence-based argument that your home may not be assessed fairly. River Forest & Riverside Township was reassessed in 2023 but even if you appealed last year, you may appeal your assessment again this year.
