Northfield Township 2025 Triennial Reassessments Mailed
Triennial reassessment notices were mailed to Northfield Township homeowners on June 17th. The following cities, towns, and villages are in Northfield Township: Glencoe, Glenview, Northbrook (majority), Northfield (west ¾), Prospect Heights (east edge), Wilmette (west edge), and Des Plaines (north edge). Homeowners in Northfield Township have one month to appeal their assessment at the Assessor’s office (there will be a second opportunity to appeal later in the year at the Board of Review, whether you appeal at the Assessor’s office or not). The deadline for appealing at the Assessor’s office is July 31st.

The following cities, towns, and villages are in Lake View Township – Bucktown, Edgewater, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, North Center, Old Town Triangle, Ravenswood, Roscoe Village Uptown, and Wrigleyville. The window to appeal your 2025 assessed value is now open until the deadline of July 09, 2025.
On Thursday, April 24th, the Cook County Assessor’s Office mailed 2025 property assessment notices to Cicero Township property owners. With the notices now in hand, the 43-day window to file an appeal is officially open and runs through Thursday, June 6th.
