Cicero Township 2025 Assessment Notices Mailed – Now Is the Time to Review and Appeal
On Thursday, April 24th, the Cook County Assessor’s Office mailed 2025 property assessment notices to Cicero Township property owners. With the notices now in hand, the 43-day window to file an appeal is officially open and runs through Thursday, June 6th.
We strongly encourage homeowners to review their assessments annually. Even though Cicero Township’s next scheduled triennial reassessment isn’t until 2026, you have the right to appeal every year if you believe your property has been unfairly assessed. You don’t have to wait for a reassessment cycle to take action.



Attention New Trier Township homeowners — the 2025 Triennial Reassessment Notices have officially been mailed as of Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Reassessment notices for Norwood Park Township were mailed to homeowners on Monday, March 24, 2025. This triennial reassessment affects property owners in the following areas:
