We Coordinate Your Property Tax Appeal in 3 Easy Steps

We make it as easy as possible to appeal your property taxes. Here’s what’s involved:

Step 1

You review and sign our agreement. If you’d like our agent can walk you through it to answer your questions, either by phone or in person at our office.

Step 2: Cook County Assessor Only

Notarization is required for appeals filed with the Cook County Assessor (unnecessary for appealing at the Cook County Board of Review).

We can provide a notarization at no charge right here at our office along with a coffee and you can have any questions that you may have answered in person by one of our agents.

For a small fee, you can also obtain notarization at any FedEx or UPS store, and most banks often provide this service for their customers for no charge at all.

Step 3

We coordinate the filing of your appeal within your township’s appeal window and communicate the determination to you. If your appeal is rejected, you pay nothing and we will coordinate an additional appeal at the Board of Review during the Board’s appeal window for your township.
