2025 Assessment Notices Mailed to Jefferson Township

The Cook County Assessor’s office mailed 2025 assessment notices to Jefferson property owners on August 21, 2025. The 43-day window to appeal your assessed value at the Assessor’s office is now open until the deadline of October 03, 2025.
