Lyons Township 2017 Reassessment Notices Mailed

2017 reassessment notices for Lyons Township were mailed by the Cook County Assessor’s office on May 25^th. The Assessor’s office is now accepting appeals for property owners in Lyons Township through the deadline of June 26^th.

Cook County divides townships into three groups for the purposes of property reassessments. Each group of townships is then reassessed triennially by the Assessor’s office.
