Rich Township 2024 Assessment Notices Mailed

On Thursday, September 26, 2024, the Cook County Assessor’s office mailed 2024 property assessment notices to Rich Township property owners. The window for appealing your 2024 assessed value is now open and will remain so until the deadline of November 08, 2024.

Rich Township includes the following cities, towns, and villages: Country Club Hills, Flossmoor (west 3/4), Frankfort, Hazel Crest, Homewood, Matteson (majority), Olympia Fields (vast majority), Park Forest (north 3/4), Richton Park, Tinley Park (portion), and University Park (portion).
