Lake View Township 2024 Triennial Reassessments Mailed

2024 Triennial reassessment notices were mailed to Lake View Township homeowners on Tuesday, July 02, 2024. The following cities, towns, and villages are in Lake View Township: Bucktown, Edgewater, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Square, North Center, Old Town, Triangle, Ravenswood, Roscoe Village, Uptown, and Wrigleyville.

Homeowners in Lake View Township have 30 days to appeal their assessment at the Assessor’s office (there will be a second opportunity to appeal later in the year at the Board of Review, whether you appeal at the Assessor’s office or not). The deadline for appealing at the Assessor’s office is August 14th.

The Cook County Board of Review has opened 2023 property tax appeals for the fifth group. The Board’s deadline to appeal your 2023 assessed value is January 02, 2023. Below are the townships that are currently open in Group 5:
