2025 Assessment Notices Mailed to North Chicago Township

We strongly recommend homeowners review their assessments annually and appeal yearly if and when there is a strong argument that their home may not be assessed fairly. North Chicago Township was reassessed last year, but regardless of whether you appealed last year or not, you may appeal every year, including 2025. An appeal in 2025 may generate savings lasting for two years until the next reassessment of North Chicago in 2027.
